Adjust the sprong bolt on the RIGHT or LEFT. Whilst supporting the spring end with a jack to take pressure of the bolt threads do one of the following or both:
Tighten Right side - makes that side go up
Loosen Left Side - makes that side go down
Be sure to check the spring mounting points on the rear end (four bolts). You MAY have a broken rear end housing, sometimes they break.
