Default wiper motor

I just disassembled the wiper motor on my 72, cleaned it, regreased it and painted it. As I put this together is there anything that needs to be adjusted or do any parts need to be timed? Is there a way to test this once it it bolted back together prior to putting it in the car?

If it's like my motor on the 76, it has 3 pins...I think the center is a ground (use a volt/ohm meter to determine which pin is a ground by connecting one probe to ground and then checking each wire, when the resistance of a wired goes dead short, that's the ground pin) and one side goes to the wiper switch, other to the "washer" function..you should be able to bench test it with 12v supply..as far as timing, I'd think that adjustment would be done after it's on the car, timing I assume you mean getting the blades where you want them, when you want them..hope this helps..
