Default removing egg crate grills

ok how is the egg crate fender grill attached on a 71? I dont have my AIM yet (it's ordered). I removed the screws at the top but there is some sort of clip holding it at the bottom.

There is a stud on the bottom that has to have a nut removed from inside in order to free up the grille. But be wary if it is already not loose there may be some caulking type of adhesive holding it also. That was the case on mine but I do not know if it was factory or Bubba who applied it. Romove the 2 screws on the top and loosen the nut on the bottom and it should come out with little effort.
