Did you actually buy the kit or get a junk yard unit?

Keep us updated. I am doing mine now as well. Twin_Turbo and NorvalWilhelm have been great help to me and can probably answer any questions you have.

Brake bleeding is fairly straight forward.

If you are starting with a new master cylinder, then you'll want to begin with a thorough bench bleed of that master cylinder. Once you have the master bench bled(and you're double-damn sure that all the air is out), install it and bleed the lines/calipers by whatever method you want: pump and hold, pressure, vacuum, or gravity.

You have 2 things to do here. 1 bench bleed the master culinder and 2 bleed each wheel caliper. Usually each master cylinder comes with bleeding instructions or you can search here for them, read them and make "doubld-dam" sure you have this completed before you install the master culinder on the Hydroboost, if the MC is already installed and you didnt do the bench bleeding then remove it and put it in your vice to do the bench bleeding.

To do the calipers it is a little different, again I suggest you do a search here on the forum and do some reading first. With a buddy I would just have him push down slowly on the break pedel (engine off)and you open one of the caliper bleed screws, fluid will come out and the pedel will go to the floor. You helper holds the pedel on the floor as you close the bleed screw, then you say OK and he lets up on the pedel. Do this until all of the air is out. Check the MC to make sure it is always full of fluid and you have it.

There are other tools you could use to make this go faster, but this is the basic way to do it.

Also after you start up the car the first time dont forget to go back and check the power steering fluid, top it off. And check for leaks.

You are going to fall in love with the hydroboost
