Sounds like a seized up caliper,, the side it pulls to is the good one,,lolll. It can also be like mentionned above, but check for leaks on the ground.
If there is no leaking fluid then check the right flexible brake hose to the caliper for a bulge in it. I had this problem, pulled to the left and the right hose was the problem. If it is the problem don't forget to replace both sides.

Yep, be sure to check/replace the hoses. Mine didn't have a bulge but was rotted on the inside and plugged. Couldn't tell it from the outside but when I unhooked it from the caliper no fluid came out. That was the tell-tale sign. Ran a wire up it and out came gunk.
