Lay the shoes out on your bench and put the bottom spring and adjuster on 1st. Than wrap the shoes around the spindle and put the side spring on the side with the pin already installed. Than do the other side and install the upper spring last. Have fun b/c it cn be frustrating if you don't do them all the time.
