Steering Box Rebuild
How can I tell if my steering box needs a rebuild? Today I noticed an oil leak from where the rag joint shaft enters the steering box. At the very least I'll need to replace this seal, but I want to make sure everything else is ok so I don't need to go back into the box a second time.
How is it to do one of these rebuilds, pretty easy? Time consuming?
Man, all these "while I'm at it" repairs are starting to add up!

how does the car steer???? usually we see this question after people replace all the steering parts up front and the car still handles/steers poorly. How much play do you have when you move the steering wheel and have you ever adjusted the steering gear box?
