Default TV cable ?

With a RPM air manifold and the big block in my 78, the transmission / TV cable is now too short.....by about an inch. It binds up on full throttle and starts flexing the bracket it is hooked to. There is no routing slack left. Is there an "extension" available or can someone recommend another fix.

Check out this website. They have replacement TV cables for all combinations of carbs and manifolds.

If the bracket would move the TV cable head back about an inch or so I would be ok. Just not enough slack right now.

Bob, did your cable come off a BB or a SB...mine is for a SB (guessing the previous owner didn't change it when he put the BB in the 78)?
