Does anyone make a long tube header that "sweeps back" instead of dropping straight down? I have Hedman headers right now, and even though they fit quite nicely, they do drop straight down and have a tendency to get dragged on the street bumps and stuff.
I was curious to know if anyone makes a long tube header that sweeps back, addresses the clutch cross shaft, and otherwise fits properly within the confines of our engine compartments. I'll be getting new headers shortly so I thought I'd toss this questions out here.
Dynomax makes a nice set of headers that accomodate the clutch. They are swept back more than the headmans I've seen, but they do hang a little low .... I've never hit them on anything and I'm lowered quite a bit.
