1982 Corvette Battery keeps going DEAD
I charge my battery and it is dead in about three days.. Is this a common problem with the 82 Corvette? Anyone have any idea why this is happening...

Check the interior-dome light delay box or more officailly known as the "Courtesy Light Delay Box". Its located behind the glove compartment, and when going bad, is known to draw excessive juice. Unplug it and see if your mystery draw goes away.
It may be orange in color and is GM part #00463498.
180ma seems high to me-but Ive never measured battery current draw so i'm not sure what we should be seeing.

If the above doesn't work. There is a plastic box (about the size of a cigarette pack) plugged into the fuse box near the brake pedal. Unplug the box from the fuse panel but leave all the wires attached. My dimmer worked so it was this other box that was causing the problem.
