Just wanted to let everyone on the site know about this company I came across. They make a reproduction os the American Racing Torq Thrust D in 16 inch with 4 inches of backspacing. For those of you who are looking for a true vintage wheel with a modern rims rize your now in luck. A freind of mine bought these wheels and they are excellent quality and workmanship. Take care all.

Not much info on their page. Do you happen to know what widths they offer? I need 10" or 11" on the back and 8-1/2" or 9" up front.

These guys started up business making 16 x 8 inch wheels of the famous Torq Thrust D. They have had an overwhelming response to these wheels and may have plans for other widths. Give them a call last I heard they only made the 16 x 8.

I've had the Vintage Wheel Works Vintage 45s for about a year now, and I LOVE them! I wanted the Torque Thrust look in a natural finish, and also a 16" or 17" wheel, when I found these I had to have them.




FYI, I'm running 245-50-16 BFG G-Force KDW tires...stick like glue!

I have talked to them. $995 for 4 wheels and includes 3/8? spacers, lug nuts and center caps. 16x8 is the only size at this time.
