Does it happen all the time?
Does it the frequency increase along with speed?
Does it happen just when the suspension moves?
Do you have a baseball card stuck in your spokes? (oops, this isn't the BMX forum...)
I can here the clicking when going slow or fast. Brake pads are still good. When I spin the wheel in the garage it doesnt make the sound. Does it going staight or in curves and doesnt stop when the brakes are applied.??

Does the frequency increase with speed? I'd check for nails if you think it's not a rock. They can be more difficult to find, especially the headless variety. Try moving the wheel to another position (swap drivers and passenger side wheels) and see if the noise moves. That will definitely rule out the wheel/tire. Otherwise, I'm not sure, clicking? Vettes don't have CV joints!
If you have rally wheels with trim rings and center caps, try removing them, first the ring, then the cap, and see if the sound persists. If it turns out to be the trim ring, look to see how the ring attaches to the wheel. If it's attached with clips that fit over the lip of the wheel, the only solution I know of is to replace the ring with one that attaches differently.
Re: Click-click-click from front left wheel (KenSny)
I think the trim ring idea sounds good. I dont like the ones that are on there so this might be a good reason to get new ones. And I looked hard for a nail so i'll take the ring off to see what happens.
