Fixed...
Pulled the center e-brake console and the brown wire on the driver side was pulled out of the connector behind the driver side switch. Likely culprit is the e-brake, since the wire seems to have been pulled out by catching by the e-brake handle dash light switch and acutator.
I pulled the connector apart and reattached the wire, then taped the 3 wires together (to prevent future similar situation) and reinstalled... Working now.
