Default Dash care??

Speaking from experience…
On my ’71 240Z, I used ‘Armor All’ exclusively very regularly.. heck, it was late 70’s and I was a kid in high school with the hottest car.. I washed that thing every weekend. Then I moved to Colorado in ’90 and put the Z in storage for 3 years without any treatment. When I took it out of storage, sure enough, the dash was starting to crack! I had heard once that if you start with Armor All, you best keep up with it… I’m guessin’ that is true.

I sure don’t want this to happen to the newly acquired V, (not sure of previous dash maintenance) and I’m not in high school anymore with that kind of time, so what do all you experienced vette folk believe is the best avenue?

I only use Meguiars Gold Class Rich Leather on my interior. I gave up on Armor All years ago because it never dries, just comes off on your clothes and attracts dust. My 0.2
