Indy Pace Car Centre Caps
Does anyone know if Pace Cars were ever fitted with black/chrome centre capsm like the 76-79s?
Mine has (well did have as I lost one on a recent trip around W. Ireland) and I think it should have polished caps. I do have the correct wheels.
So, if I get a new set of polished caps, who are the best to buy from?

Ralph, Pace Cars came with the "Chrome" caps :cool: You can get them from just about any corvette vender.

The 78 Pace Car did have chrome caps with a black emblem. Most vendors have them but Eckler's and Mid America sell the cap and emblem separate for a total of almost $20 per wheel. Zip has cap and emblem together in a 4 piece set for $42.95 (slightly more than $10 per wheel).
