Whoa, now that is cool...although it's kinda a shame that it'll be a track-only car. An AWD 'Vette could be a helluva lot of fun in a lot of different situations...

Cool project but I see a problem with the front driveshaft. It is located where the right side of the seat and the gas pedal goes. On a truck you would sit on top of the driveshaft, but the C3 is much lower. What is the plan to overcome that?

Poland's not right hand drive is it?

I've ridden in a Typhoon before, this thing's going to break some necks!

Rear wheel drive is faster than allwheel drive at the track You dont see dragsters with all wheel drive cuz they dont need it. All wheel drive cars like an eclipse actually converted to rear wheel so he could run faster times. I believe his name Is OhSoFast. Fastest eclipse at one point i dont know if he still is anymore. The allwheel drive however would be bada@# at an autocross event if you had the suspension setup properly! I also agree that the driveshaft is in the way. Just my 2cents but awesome project guys

Have you made sure that the body will fit?? especially the seat area is reason for concern with the transfer case there..the seats are pretty narrow on a c3 and they are located at the narrowest part of the transmission -> the tailshaft and the driveshaft. You have the transfer case there...it may be a problem.

I noticed that earlier, I'm assuming it will be a right hand drive Vette. Also the license plate looks European...

Pretty sure the Poles drive on the right side of the road (left-hand drive).

thats is awesome, but need more pics, and some answers as to the driveshaft/transfer case clearance problem. Would kick some ace at an auto X event, especially if no one knew you had awd.

He said the track surface sucks, not very smooth, hence the choice for all wheel drive

Hi,we have copetition on the road in the city-we don't have dragstrips and I like kick some porsche on trafics

problem is with traction

,in poland the fastest car is EVO7 9.77s for 1/4mile and subaru 9.85s

The RWD cars have more power but the best time is 10.7s(grzenio's C4)
My freind have 1000hp supra and he's time is 10.9

Cool Mod, can't wait to see the finished product especially how you are going to solve the seating problem. Looks good.

This is awesome!!!!!

I wanted to do this with a C4, but have no idea how possible this is.

I was thinking to move the transfer case over to the passenger side, and cut the floor board to make room for the Dshaft, and make some sort of cage for it, like the C5 torque tunnel.

This is amazing!

Your car looks heavy but you have a good amount of power to compensate
