Default Bleeding Brakes

I'm trying to bleed the brakes; I get air to come through, but can't get any brake fluid. Any suggestions to what the problem is?

Sorry if this is a dumb question.

Is this a complete brake job?
Like new calipers MC etc?

Did you Bench bleed the Master Clyinder?

The MC has been bench bleed and the lines are dry sometimes the MC will empty into the lines anyway.

Gravity bleeding may help, just open the bleeders and go have a beer or two. Put a hose on the bleeders and into a jar of course ;-)

and no it's not a dumb question

I had this happen to me - the rear lines and calipers were completely clogged with particulate rust. New lines and calipers fixed that.

there is no mystery to bleeding it just takes lots of effort....like going around the car 3-4 times....its just a pain...i use the motive power bleeder and i am very happy with it...in fact i think one of the vendors is having a special onit....look at the top posts.
