Is the crankcase being vented another way? Did you just buy the car?It sounds like someone was deliberately hiding a problem. It's hard to tell without the details

Sounds like Bubba was possibly trying to eliminate carb injesting blow-by thereby eliminating the appearance of engine smoke. Hope I'm wrong. Does the engine smoke?
I Went To Check The Pcv Valve And Found Blue Silicone In Both Ends Thus Making It Inoperative, what Purpose Would This Achieve?
Get a new PCV, put it in and take the car for a long, hard drive....then look the engine over after...check the oil level...if it was a deliberate attempt to hide something, I'll bet you'll know it when ya get back from your little outing...
yes I just got the car,no it does not smoke,Its a 327 350 HP with AC it ran fine till it busted a valve spring on the way to Bloomington had that fixed might it bea vacume problem?

You won't know anything til ya replace the PCV...I'd say exhaust smoke isn't the problem, but maybe oil on the engine was a problem for some reason, or, yes, maybe a vacuum issue....IMO, follow my last post suggestions...if everything appears normal, it was just Bubba being confused...and not an issue...bottom line, save the Bubba PCV, you can always put it back...
