Motorhead had posted saying he had gotten a virus on his puter after downloading the video file, others forum members said their downloads were fine.
It's
9:00 PM eastern time, I just downloaded the file and viewed the video, then ran McAfee Virus Scan with the latest virus definition file , No Viruses Detected, Not sure what's happening on your puter Motorhead.

I am glad all of you like the 3" sidepipe project we just completed, it's very rewarding to my son and I that you all like them so much, don't hesitate posting any questions or shooting me a PM.

I would love to go sidepipes but I have a complete exhaust system including mufflers and new tips for my 72 that came with the car when purchased. All of the parts are in the original boxes and I wouldnt know what to do with the exhaust openings in the rear if I converted. Your sidepipes look AWESOME!

Default Awesome ...

I hate using that "old" word Awesome, but I really respect the craftsmanship that went into that!! I just wish that someday my boys and I can have fun building a vette like the two of you!

Oh, and I love the color. My LS-5 is Ont Orange, still mostly old factory paint. But the color still hasn't "grown" on me after 4 years SO, ... I might go with one of the blue colors for 71. And I like the look of your car.

Thanks for the compliments, it has been a great project for my son and I. The 71 vert will be in the family for many years to come. I have owned it since 74. My son and I have taken it for a few trips around the neighborhood, it is SWEET!!! driving it with the hardtop off and those sidepipes do rumble.

Your sidepipes look great! It's almost sad you had to cover them up. Love the color too.

My dad and I are building my second Vette together now. Awsome experience that we're going to repeat again with his '37 Chevy Coupe.
