Default 1.5-1.6 Roller Rocker Pushrod Length Difference?

I'm going to put some stud girdles on my engine and while I have the rocker nuts off, I thought I'd throw on some 1.6 rockers. The dyno guy today called my .520 .540 lift cam a baby cam, and it hurt my pride. I used an adjustable pushrod when I was building my engine to determine length and it came out to be 7.45" I think. Will I need different length pushrods with the new 1.6 rockers, or is the difference miniscule?

I used Manley and ProForm checking tools both and saw just a little difference - easy to use and simple directions. Installed new shorter length p-rods from TrickFlow with my 1.6 rockers and the wear pattern is right where it should be.
Yea, i tried using an adjustable p-rod to measure while block still in car and after a day and 1/2 i gave up. Bought both the cheap Manley and ProForm checking tools (for pocket change) as a double check and the new p-rods worked out fine with my 1.6 rockers.
Have never found how they work for both 1.5 and 1.6 ratios but i won't look back now.
Anyways my new p-rods were only .050" shorter but the wear pattern tells me i did something right.

Hope this helps and man those are great lift numbers. cardo0
