help,
I followed your advice and read out the codes from my check engine light being activated.I replaced the oxygen sensor and the map sensor.I also found and fixed a hole in the vacuum line to the map sensor.I found no fuel fumes in the cannister.I started her up and she ran perfect for about 2 minutes,then she began idling rough,and smoking from the right intake manifold.I shut her down before she shut herself off.I'm lost,please offer some advice if you have had similar problems or if you have some thoughts re:this problem area.I am lucky enough to have (another) clunker so I can get around.Thanks in advance for your help.(the 'vette never smoked prior to the check engine light coming on last week)................................... ............tankman
