Default Oil filter relocation

Here's the scoop.. I have a 383 stroker in my 76 vette. The oil pressure runs at about 60-65 psi when cruising. 40 psi when idle . After running down the highway at about 70ish for awhile the pressure is still around 60psi but when I slow down to idle it drops to around 30. Let it sit for awhile and it's back up to 40 when idle. I was going to do is add a oil radiator but it looks like if I add the "sandwich filter addapter" my oil filter will almost touch my header probably making it impossible to get a filter on or off. Is it possible to use a oil filter relocater along with the oil radiator? I have been using Castrol 10w30 during the winter and 20w50 during the summer. Is this normal for the temperature??

Part of why it does this is that after motoorvating down the road for a while the oils is sitting on top of the engine before draining back to the block. After is sits for a while the oil makes its way back to the pan. and the pressure returns to normal

You should be able to find all the parts you need at Summit or Jegs to relocate your filter and addca filter.

You might also look at a mid-90s 4.3 4wd Blazer for oil filter relocating parts if you have access to any.
