Default Crossfire injection

Ive been reading up on this, as much as I can find, and I cant really get a clear answer... Is the CFI system carbed or FI or what mix of them? Id heard both, but Im looking for a good explanation. Thanks and sorry if its a stupid question, Im a technical vette newb, but Ive loved them for as long as I can remember!

It uses two single-injector TBI units.

It's indeed a Dual throttle body FUEL injection system, a wet flow manifold. It's the same basically as the later TBI systems used on trucks and such. It's a speed density wet flow dual monopoint fuel injection

Cool! You will have to post some pics of the new ride.

The Crossfire system seemed pretty complicated to me at first, but after I did some research and tinkered around on it a bit, I found that they are actually fairly straight forward.

Welcome to the madness : : !
