What does driveshaft vibration feel like?

What does driveshaft vibration feel like?
My car has a terrible vibration at 60 mph and above. It has a beat frequency of about 1 to 3 seconds per cycle depending on speed and engine RPM.
In neutral or just coasting it goes away, When I'm on it it goes away.
But at a easy 60 is nuts!
I'm wondering if I put the drive shaft in backwards or something stupid ( I allready tried turning the drive shaft 180 degrees relative to the yoke, which helped a lot. )
Any ideas? My dentist is getting rich replacing fillings....
