I have them on my 79, pretty sure that they are ceramic coated or whatever HTC (High-temp coating) is.
So far they are really good for the money and flange is thicker then
most other headers.

When I talked with them, they said a "High Silicone Ceramic"
They look great and do a fantastic job of insulating the exhaust heat into the headers. You can hold your hand within a 1/2" of the headers while the car is running and they don't feel very warm.
