Can this be repaired?

This is a pic of my old bumper from my 78 Vette. As you can see there is a chunk missing. Can this be repaired or should I junk it?

I don’t know the 78, is it a fiberglass bumper? If it’s fiberglass it can be repaired with some time and effort. If it’s a rubber bumper like the one on my 75’ I don’t know how you’d repair it.

Now that I think about it, I do believe it's rubber. It's pretty flimsy like rubber so I guess it is rubber.
