Hyd.roller valve lash setting
How should the lash be adjusted, like a normal hyd. cam? I know that Lars recommends a little less than factory specs does this also hold true for the roller? thanks. :confused:

I've seen where some cams have different lash settings. Some say when the push rod can just be spun with your fingers, give it 3/4, others say 1/4 and some say none.
If you have no instructions with the cam, I'd say go for snug + 1/4 turn.

I don't think there would be a difference in the way hyd. roller vs. hyd. flat tappets are adjusted...zero lash + 1/2 turn preload. :smash:

Contact the manufacture of the cam. Each company seems to have different standards.
If you don't follow their instructions and you have a bad cam, good luck getting a new one from them.
