Hydraulic Clutch conversions
Hi, I have a '71 350 stick with a Hayes clutch in it but have a weak knee.
Is there a hydraulic conversion available for this model that would make the clutch lighter? Or is there any other way to reduce the pedal pressure.

The hydraulic clutch is great. Very light pressure to use. We bought a master cylinder and slave cylinder for a 1985 one ton chevy truck. The master cylinder fits perfectly; the only thing you need to do is shorten the rod to the correct length. Make a bracket for the slave and you are good to go. You can buy a resevior from coleman racing or go to a junk yard and get one from a camaro with hyd clutch.
