I would recommend the VB&P 360# rear leaf and the 550# fronts for a BB. I installed this setup and could not be happier. The car sits exactly how I wanted it (28" rearand 27" front) and the ride is great. One suggestion about shocks. VB&P sells GR2 KYB's made for the rear mono leaf. I tried AC/Delco gas and the thing bounced like a kids moonwalk. I ended up with Bilstien sports all around and the ride is perfect for me.

Is a 300lb/in VB&P spring too soft for any sort of performance driving? I'm not planning on racing the car, but I like a tight suspension feel.

I put a 330# rear and 460# front on my 65. The was too stiff and was not ballanced. The front would absorb most of a bump but the rear jumped over it. I returned the 330 and got a 300. It feels much better to me.
