Default Bent shock tower? How do I tell?

My right front wheel has lots of negative camber I.E. it leans in at the top. Sombody suggested it might be a bent shock tower. How do I check and can I replace it? Im not sure what it is, part of the frame or something else. Could sombody please advise?

More likely it's worn out upper a-arm bushings. Vette's don't have "shock towers." The shock mounting point and spring pocket is integral with the frame, and the frame would have to be hit awfully hard to be bent significantly in this area - there would be evidence of the car having been hard-hit. Replace your bushings, do a front end rebuild, and install a new set of springs and shocks. Then get it aligned.
