differential posi clutch pack test
Is there any way to check if the diff clutch pack is still working reasonably well or is still tight without taking apart the differential. I have the diff on the bench and plan on disassembling in order to radius the posi housing, but though that I would check to see if it is working before diassembly. I guess the only way to check would be to stablize the pinion so it wont turn and see how tight it is. Is this the way to check and if so how hard should it be to turn. Thanks for the help!
