Q-Jet Accel Pump Problem
I am finishing a rebuild on a 72 350/200 auto all stock. I have had two rebuild kits put on the carb, but the accel pump will not squirt gas in the chamber. This causes it to stall or stumble under acceleration. It will idle like a champ and will rev up nice and smooth if you do it slow to get past the lack of accel pump. Is there anything else that could cause it not to squirt, or is it possible to have a dud accel pump because it is new? Any suggestions?
