Summit alternators
First question: how good are Summit brand alternators? Does anyone have any experience with them? I've heard good things about most of their branded parts, but just want to check.
Second question: Will this alternator fit a C3? I don't see any reason why it won't, but it doesn't show up in their compatibility drill down. I figured it was just because it was a non-standard amperage for a C3, but I want to make sure. I thought the black powder-coat would look nice.

Powermaster or another name company probably make them for Summit, they should be good alternators. Summit is good about standing behind their products. That particular alternator has a 10si case so it will fit your vette.
