Does anyone know of a set of 17 inch wheels with a black center section that fits C3s without adapters or spacers? I referring to something that would look like this

The high end companies such as CCW, IFroged, Bonspeed that make custom spaced wheels can do those type of wheels, but they ain't cheap.

A cheaper option is powder coating or painting wheels you know will fit (theres not many out there though).

Yeah, I know they're ghetto. I'm not talking about that wheel in particular. I'm talking about a wheel that is black on the spokes and polished on the rim. Something more like the C5 wheels that have black centers.

I had the centers of my aluminum wheels powdercoated silver. It could just have easily been black instead. It cost $50 per wheel, IIRC.

These are black... They don't show the correct pictures, so I don't
know exactly what they are like...

The TTII's now come with dark grey centers, maybe in black too. Check out the tirerack site, they have them and you can see them on a car.

My brother has these exact rims on his firebird formula and they do look very nice on a black car but they are more of a gunmetal gray...not black. But very nice none the less.

I have a feeling you may need a small spacer to get it to 4" backspace.

Check out the C2 section. One of the guys has a 66 dark green coupe w/classic TT's and he painted the center black. Looks cool.

I think that's Paul's Vette. He sold his '79. GSC3 & GordonM also painted Their spokes. I've been thinking about painting mine.

I had a pair made by Boze. I ordered the ZEforged 3 peice set for $3308 to include Nitto tires and shipping ($200). I went with a polished look but there are about 12 different finishes to go choose from. Here is what I bought:

You could go with their regular line of wheels and cheaper tires and save some big bucks. You might like this one:

Go to http://www.zeforged.com for thier website. They'll custom make any offset in quarter inch increments and make the custom mounting surface offset to clear your massive front brakes.
