What is the correct name of the wheels of the Vette in that article. I always called them oval slots, but I know that is not the offical name of that wheel. Anybody?

Square - I think the wheels are Ansen Slotted mags.
Terry - Yes, it's a coupe (t-top)
I don't think they built any Phase III's on roadster bodys:(

well - it says "SS427GT , that car ain't runnin on seeweed ! - how many of this kind did they put out there?. Reminesant shot of vette street muscle, something to appreciate for sure :yesnod: :cheers:

Oh my god! I just found a site that specifies the color of the blue Phase III with the white stripe as LeMans Blue. That's what color mine is! I thought I was going to have to re-paint my whole car a darker blue and then add the stripe. Oh yes, I will have the Phase III stripe.
427V8, I won't let you beat me to the stripe. This means I have to get my suspension put back together, buy a clutch, put my motor in, and take it to my buddy that does body work before you decide to do it :jester

Well you've got at least a year to do it!
I still have to finish striping my car and clean up the bodywork.....

Anyone have any more photos of the Ballwin Motion paint job. Man that is just to trick. Please email me if you do. I am finishing up a paint job and that would be just awesome. Of course I am not gonna admit to not knowing what a Phase III 427 GT was until today. Gotta love this forum !!!!.

Those must be the pics from Kevin Suydam's collection. Absolutely a gorgeous car. That is the one that I just found out today is LeMans Blue. I have been lusting over this car from the day I saw it. If anyone has any pics that aren't on the net, (I've seen em all
