help me, no juice
I can't figure it out. I recently replaced the alternator and the car was starting and getting electricty fine. The battery is in perfect condition. The car will not get any current to anything. I have a current coming from the positive battery cable which I tested. Could there be a problem with the ground cable which goes directly down and bolts on the frame. My ase mechanic friend said it did it to him and he just jerked on the cables and it resumed.

The cables are the first place to start especially if you have no juice to starter OR accessories. BOTH positive and negative cables must be in good copndition, tight and grounded on clean contacts. Eliminate this frst and go from there.
