Anyone ever run over the frame headers, similar to a fenderwell exit? I am converting to a tilt front end & it looks like a header going over the frame rail & steering box might work, with no inner fenders. Then the dump could be accessible, with piping to hook up to the standard under car exhaust system.
and what you are talking about has been done before, some swiss corvette I think it was, it had the 3 primaries exiting through the quarter behind the front wheel running into side pipes..that excalibur look..ugly as hell
The episode of dream car garage were they built up a vette conv. race
car they went over top of the frame rail and out the vent you need
to check it out I think you will like it. Probably pictures on there web site.

t.t. tilt is still in the making... finished adding 70-72 fender sections to front clip. hope to bond hood to front clip with in the week. i have had lots of glass work repair. 14 areas to be exact & need to make my own lower valence. also, work has been very time consuming so free time is limited, but pics will be coming... can post one with fender section clamped & screwed while bonding if you are interested
My new custom built (exotic) headers cost $1700 and that does NOT include ceramic coating, so be prepared!! ....triple step and worth every penny. Although I race against a guy from OK who spent $10K on a set of over the frame headers.....honest!!
