Power windows have the following components: Left and right window motors, left and right pw switches and related wiring, and a circuit breaker of 35 Amps.

1. Left window motor has two wires: one brown and other dark blue.

a. Brown cable is connected from motor to left side connector of left power window switch (up movement)

b. Left window motor have a dark blue wire connected to right connector of left power window switch (down movement)

2. Right window motor has two wires: one tan and another light blue.

a. Tan cable is connected from right power window motor to left side connector of right power window switch (up movement)

b. Right window motor have a light blue wire connected to right connector of right power window switch (down movement)

3. Both Left and Right front window switches have a third independent connection. From each connection runs a pink wire that have a common connection that runs to the WDO Circuit Breaker of 35 Amps.

4. Each motor is grounded. Circuit breaker has a hot wire all times.

Double check wires connections, grounds, breaker, motors, switches.

In some circuit breakers they must be reset manually.

Perform voltage checks, continuity checks and fuses verification.

Good luck!

These motors are grounded through the metal/frame. Run a test ground wire from the motor to a good ground source and see if this works. If it does, clean-up the metal around the attachment points with a wire brush.

Replace the problematic switch with a new one. It do not complete the electric circuit for the up movement.
