Carb and Vacuum?
My car is running ok. But I noticed while checking the vacuum I had to turn up the idle. Then when I connected everything again I had to turn it back down. I've traced the source of the "leak" to the line that runs to the tranny. Should there be any difference between having this line connect or not in regards to the idle speed?

If you're running a TH350 with the vacuum modulator at the right rear end of the tranny , it's possible that the modulator is leaking. Check it with a hand-held vacuum pump tester to see if it leaks down. HTH.
