Default Front Brake Problem!
Hi All,
Rebuilt front calipers on 74 with VBP pistons and seals. After winter storage, left front caliper will not release from rotor. Bleed brakes again and checked rotor runout and still problem. Does anyone know why new pistons would freeze in the extended position. The bores were already sleaved and were fine when new pistons were installed. Thanks.

Sounds you have a frozen/rusted up caliper

Crack open the bleeder on the locked caliper and see if the wheel turns. If it does, the rubber flex line is probably plugged up.
