Default Removing Pass side lower dash pad help needed

All,
I am trying to remove the map pocket and lower dash pad on my 76. There are 4 (or 3) screws along the top, 3 down the side by the pass side door and 2 which go in from the gauge cluster. OK, I've taken them all out and taken off the vent push/pull rod cover. It won't budge. I don't want to force anything. Have I missed something? Are there other screws somewhere up underneath that I need to remove?

I'm trying to get to the vent ducting. Just had my AC fixed (nice cold air), but want to seal up all the connections and check to be sure all the little doors are opening and closing right.

I'm not sure how much, but I know our dashes are a little different in their design. Anyway, FWIW, I can't remember whether there were two or three, but I know that I missed one of the screws on the center console side. Also, I believe that I had to completely loosen the center console (didn't have to remove it) and move it forward because the passenger (and the driver's) side dash fit in behind it.
