start with the selector switch, make sure the vac connection is connected and not leaking. You may have to disasemble the selector itself and rework it. A little silicone grease will help and a nut and bolt instead of the rivit that holds it together. Under the dash there vacume motors that operate the duct doors, thay have to be working, look over the vac line from the selector to the door operators.
First place to check is under the hood, make sure the vac connection on the manifold is connected to the hard plastic line tha runs thru the firewall.

yea, there is a guy in here that does Color schematics that include all the vacume plumbing, I havn't ordered mine yet but am about to. Tyring to remember the name...
