They run at low speed when the switch is in the low or off position and will run at high when the switch is set to high.
I haven't had the chance to tear into the wiper motor/gearbox yet and I'm not really sure what I'd be looking for anyway.
My wiper switch is new and had been working for over a year so I don't suspect it. What tells the wipers to turn off and park?
Any help would be great, I'm getting tired of plugging/unplugging the wipers.
