it comes off counterclockwise and i use an impact gun to take it off if you can hold the fan tight and a wrench maybe you can get it to brake it loose.

I just wrap a belt around the pulley to hold it with while backing off the nut.

If you think about the direction the engine is turning, the fan bolt will be the opposite direction.
