I'm really impressed with the difference in the feel of the car now!

When I jack up my car the shock towers probally move about 1/4 inch. That is alot of flex . Thats why the towers crack. It's like bending a paper clip back and forth.

Glad it worked out so good. I was wondering how it would be felt in a coupe. I know in my convertible, it really made a big difference in the way feels. Don't you just love it when a project turns out as good as this one did. Good job.

I'm going to take it to the car gathering this evening. While I was doing this I found that only one electric fan was working; had a loose wire going to the right fan. With one fan it was still cooling at 190 degrees. I did have a problem with the stock fan. The tip of the rear part of the blades hit the bolt slightly. I think I will take it to a machine shop and have the tips ground and checked for balance. I do run the car with 2 twelve inch electric fans and the stock fan. I will drive it with just the electric ones for a while at least.

This was an easy and cheap project that delivered much better results than I had anticipated! I would suggest to everyone to do this upgrade. It really has to strengthen and stiffen the front frame and suspension parts.

If you keep the stock fan and It doesn't pull as hard as the electric fans It would make the cooling worse. Just something to consider.
