I don't get it??? The window goes down, but does not come back up.
I have:
*Put 2 new motors in
*Put a new spring in (not sure if I did this right. it just slid in)
* Tested switch - pulled connction from motor. Put testlight on blue and pushed switch down and test light lights up. Put testlight on brown and pushed switch up and test light lights up.
I think that for the spring you installed to work it would need to be under tension,,give it a twist, BE CAREFUL ,, no action , no "help" if it just fell into place, I am sure that someone else can give ya more ideas as to why,,,Peace, Moosie

Test the connector. again when connected to motor -if on up it doesnt light it could a broken wire in the door -and still make enough connection to light when not under load.also try holding switch to up and wiggling wiring in between door and body.

does the motor try to move the window up when you hit the button?
Yes this first if it does then the spring thingyor something in the way of the window a screw or something. Is the bolt to hold the arms in place while putting the spring in still installed?
