What should I use to seal between the AC condenser and front of radiator?
My dual Spals are pulling air around the condenser rather than thru it resulting in poor AC performance. Gotta find more cooling somewhere....

I've used the foam pipe insulation you get from the local hardware store.
Thsy also have backer rod in different sizes(foam rod for sealing around windows and doors).
If you have a 4-core radiator then don't do it; you will overheat.
You want to be cool and comfortable in the hottest summers with a/c on or t-tops off, there's only one real solution: Dewitts aluminum radiator and a fixed fan.
FWIW,
Installing this seal between the AC condenser and radiator increased the drop across the evap coil by 10 degrees. In other words, the discharge temp in ghe cockpit at speed was 10 degrees cooler.
