M22 4-Spd Advice Needed
I have a 73 Coupe with the M22 4-spd tranny. Recently replaced the flywheel, clutch plate and disc with new parts. Since then I've had to replace the throw-out bearing three times. It makes a sort of whining/groaning sound when the clutch is fully depressed. I find it hard to believe that three new throw-out bearings are bad. Could a bent clutch fork be causing that? Any ideas?

Yes a bent fork could do it and a finger or 2 staying in contact with the bearing could also do it.I assume you are leaving 1/2 inch freeeplay.
