Harmonic balancer woes

Harmonic balancer woes
It has been one of those "while I'm at it days"...
Yesterday, went to drain the radiator to do a flush....drain plug came out of the radiator...no biggie, nothing damaged...put it back in with JB weld.
Well, while I was at it, I might as well install the cloys timing chain set. ( Was going to wait until the fall, but what the heck). Didn't take long to take everything out to get to the harmonic balancer....
That sumbiatch won't budge! Stripped one puller...picked up another one...got it pretty tight, tapped the puller bolt with a hammer..tightened again..tapped again, tightened again tapped again...still doesn't look like it budged....150lb psi impact wrench did not budge it!
Oh well, takin a break! get back to it later....

Hummmmmmmmmm.
Just done mine (last weekend). Getting it off was a breeze
Putting a new one back on
Now that was hard.

The balancer in the oven at 120 Deg. C
Oh yes and I'm bruised to hell - that'll teach me to do it in the car without taking the rad. or shroud out.
Anyway - its done -
