Default Steeroids manual rack ?

I didn't know they have a manual rack for the C3. On their website they say that some customers complaint that it still has some resistance at low speeds (that's what I would expect from a manual setup) ... anybody installed this manual rack ?

II ran my power rack without the pump ( not sure if it's the same ). It was fine untill you wanted to do some twisities then it sucked. Too heavy to throw the car around corners...

But for day to day stuff it was purrrfect.

You're saying even with the power steering rack and no pump the car is driveable ? If I tried that on my Z28 I'd rip the steering wheel off the column before I get it to turn

That's good news - it seems to be fine with the manual rack. More info/input is appreciated

Very driveable.
The Grand Am Rack used in the conversion isn't affected too much by not having the pump connected...

power steering is nice though
